Michel-Schlumberger Winery to Kick Off New York State Distribution with MS Walker New York, Convivium Brands and Meritage Wine Marketing

Michel-Schlumberger, Convivium Brands and Meritage Wine Marketing will be kicking off a new distribution partnership in New York with MS Walker September 1st.  Michel-Schlumberger, a proven Dry Creek winery with extensive vineyard holdings and a great track record, has put together an extensive, high-quality portfolio of wines for the East Coast.

Bryan Davison is the winemaker, formerly with Chateau St Jean and Martin Ray.   He and Terry Damesky, the consulting winemaker, craft balanced, fruit-forward wines from benchland estate vineyards in Dry Creek Valley.

Michel-Schlumberger has a long history, starting in 1979 as Domaine Michel under ownership of Jean-Jacques Michel.  Through several incarnations, the winery has remained a standard for Dry Creek Valley wines.  Currently owned by Stephen Adams, the winery is undergoing a renaissance, with updated tasting room facilities, improvements in the cellar and the vineyards.

The Michel-Schlumberger wines will be featured at the MS Walker New York Fall Portfolio Tasting on Tuesday, September 23, 2014 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM at the Gansevoort Park Avenue Penthouse Park Lounge,
